Terms & Conditions

Please read the below information carefully before booking your party as you may be liable for additional payments if the T's & C's are not adhered to.

*Prices are based on 20 guests or less, for parties above this size an additional charge will be added. This is because a second member of staff will be required to safely hold your party.

*A non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking. The remainder of the balance is due before the date of the party. If payment has not been received before the day of the party your party may be cancelled. If you need to cancel your party for any reason we will refund your payment (minus the non-refundable deposit) if you give us at least 7 days notice. If your party is cancelled within 7 days of the party date a refund will unfortunately not be possible but we will offer you the chance to change the date for no additional charge. This option is only available once, we cannot change the date a second time. 

*If Dizzy Divas have to cancel a party due to unforeseen circumstances we will offer you a full refund including deposit plus offer you a discount on a future party.

*At the party you are responsible for all cleaning and rubbish removal. Dizzy Divas will clean/remove any rubbish generated by the dance party activities. If you are using a venue arranged by us then an additional charge may be applied if you do not clear up after the party and/or remove all your rubbish. If we are attending a party at a venue chosen/booked by yourself you must adhere to all terms and conditions set by the owners of the premises. Dizzy Divas accept no responsibility for any additional cleaning costs incurred. 

*Small prizes will be provided by Dizzy Divas for party games etc. These may be sweets/chocolate unless you request non-food prizes. Any dietary requirements must be mentioned to us before the party and prizes will be adjusted accordingly.

*All dances will be age appropriate for the children attending the party. 

*Age recommendations are approximate. Feel free to request a different level of party for your child if you would prefer.

*Responsible adult(s) must be present at all parties.

*Dizzy Divas will not provide or arrange any food, drink, toys, play equipment or any other additional services but we will happily add time for these to the party plan if you are booking them separately.
